Make cuscus according to instructions.

Soak cranberries in hot water.

Toast pine nuts

Chop 3 nice green onions and cut 3 lemons

Add juice of two lemons mix. Add cinnamon salt pepper to taste and 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Strain cranberries add to seasoned cuscus. Add half the onions (leave the other half for before serving ) mix. Add more lemon juice if needed. I like lots if lemon juice.

Add pine nuts. Mix.

Let rest (cover) and before serving fluff up with fork check the spices and top with the leftover green onion.
