Sift powdered sugar into a large bowl!

Sift in cocoa powder!

Add chocolate chips and stir!

Grab two egg whites!

Beat for about 5-6 seconds, not any longer!!:)

Add to powdered sugar mixture!

Stir and add vanilla extract. Continue stirring until completely combined! Grab a scoop...

And scoop cookies into a parchment lined tray.

Bake for approximately 10-12 minutes at 320 degrees Fahrenheit.

Serve warm or cold, with a nice glass of milk! Yum!

Crispy on the outside.. Yet chewyliscious (yes, I just made up a word) on the inside!
