Peel, wash and cut the green end of the leek. Cut them into pieces, cook 25 minutes to steam and drain.
Mix the leeks, add the bread crumbs, melted butter, the grated cheese, beaten eggs, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Put the mixture into a loaf pan with butter, cover with cling film and cook 10-15 minutes in the microwave or 40 minutes to steam.
Turn out and serve hot with a cream sauce flavored with nutmeg (bain-marie or in the microwave by mixing the ingredients).
